How to get there:
CAR: From the north, take the M25 to junction 6. Take A22 south and Arlington Stadium is signposted on right from A22 shortly after Hailsham. From west and east, take A27 to Polegate, then A22 and head north. Arlington is signposted on the left. There is parking at the stadium (£1 per car). Alternative faster route from the western side of the M25 is to take the M23 south and then head east on the A27.
TRAIN: The nearest station is Polegate, which is on the London Victoria to Eastbourne line. It is about four miles from the stadium.
BUS: At present there are no direct buses to the stadium.
TAXI: A taxi from Polegate railway station to Arlington should cost less than £10.
