STADIUM FACILITIES: Grandstand on home straight with 1,200 seats, and a 300-seat restaurant on back straight. Booking is advisable on (01202) 677449. There are under-stand viewing areas plus bars and fast food outlets, with various other refreshment outlets at both ends of the stadium.

CAR: From the M27, follow signs for Poole town centre and take the third exit at the Dolphin Shopping Centre roundabout for Wimborne Road. The stadium is 200 yards along on the left. Car parking at stadium costs £1.
TRAIN: The nearest station is Poole which is right behind the track and within walking distance.
BUS: Buses operate from the bus station located at the Dolphin Shopping Centre servicing a wide range of destinations.
TAXI: A taxi rank is available adjacent to the Dolphin Shopping centre, with another rank at the train station. Due to the close proximity of both sites, a taxi ride should only be necessary for those unable to walk a short distance.
