THE European Championship will go ahead next month "“ with five rounds in the space of 25 days in Poland!
Organisers One Sport have confirmed a revised schedule, which gets underway on July 4 at Torun's Marian Rose Arena, which will also be the venue for the fifth and final round on July 29. Between those two dates, three further rounds will take place at Bydgoszcz (July 8), Gniezno (July 15) and Rybnik (July 22). King's Lynn's Robert Lambert (pictured) has been nominated for one of the vacant slots in the field for the SEC, which will offer a guaranteed Grand Prix berth in 2021 to the winner. The full SEC 2020 line-up is: Mikkel Michelsen (Denmark), Grigory Laguta (Russia), Leon Madsen (Denmark), Kacper Woryna (Poland), Bartosz Smektala (Poland), Andrej Lebedev (Latvia), Nicki Pedersen (Denmark), Vaclav Milik (Czech Republic), Krzysztof Kasprzak (Poland), Michael Jepsen Jensen (Denmark), Robert Lambert (Great Britain), Andrey Kudryashov (Russia), Kai Huckenbeck (Germany), David Bellego (France) and Peter Ljung (Sweden).
