SCUNTHORPE have been unable to find a replacement for the injured Zaine Kennedy and will track a guest at reserve for their opening BSN Series fixture against Redcar on Good Friday.
The Australian faces a spell on the sidelines after a mountain bike fall in his home country left him with broken bones in his back. On Sunday, Kennedy tweeted: "No press and practice for me today. Unfortunately resting some injuries from a training accident. Hopefully some surgery and will know more where we stand. Sorry to all the fans. Definitely wanna be there." Scorpions promoter Rob Godfrey said: "I've tried about everybody we can think of and there is just no one to come in."
