CHAMPIONSHIP Plymouth will hand a debut to Danish rider Patrick Baek in this weekend’s home and away fixtures with Scunthorpe.
The Gladiators have signed the 22-year-old to replace Kyle Newman (pictured), with promoter Mark commenting: “We have had an eye on Patrick for some time but have had to wait for him to become available. “He is very well prepared, has immaculate equipment, like a lot of the Danish youngsters, and comes highly recommended by some Danish sources that we trust very much. “We would hope that by coming in now and acclimatising and learning about both the Coliseum and some of the away tracks we have still to visit, he can hit the ground running in 2025 and become a significant asset for us.”
